NE Ocala has homes for the first-time homebuyer as well as larger, more upscale homes. Just a little further past northeast Ocala is the town of Anthony, which is home to Jumbolair Aviation Estates, a private fly-in community with grand estate homes. Northeast Ocala is sought after for people who work in Gainesville but don’t necessarily want to live there. It is a short 30-minute drive up I-75 to Gainesville.
