The housing market is looking very healthy here in Marion County, pretty much across the board. Prices are moderately up and activity looks solid.
Even before we've hit the busy summer months, activity is just about on par with 2014 and prices are up a very respectable 4% or so. If we look at areas of town, we see similar numbers:
SE Ocala in particular is looking extremely strong, but other than SW Ocala, where we've seen a small dip, prices are up across the area.
