An enormous Ocala estate is now on the market.
The Waldrep family has placed its 195 acre property for sale with an asking price of $12 million. Linda Doyle of Royal Shell Real Estate LLC. is notated as the listing agent.
The compound is located at 3707 NW 110th Avenue. It consists of an 11,520-square-foot primary house, which is equipped with five separate bedrooms and seven bathrooms. According to the listing, the amenities include a theater, a pool and spa set, an outdoor kitchen, an indoor racquetball court, an indoor fitness center and more.
But there's more to the complex than just the main house. The estate includes multiple buildings, including seven horse barns with over 100 combined stalls, three additional homes for complex employees, a six-unit dorm, and a massive garage that can accompany up to eight cars, a workshop and an elevator.
Now, possession of the estate will leave the Waldrep family for the first time since it was built forty years ago. Back in 1928, Wiley Waldrep created and ran the Waldrep Dairy Farm until he died in 1991. His descendants kept the dairy farm going for over a decade following his death before cashing out and receiving over $100 million from Tousa, Inc. for the farm.
